Contact Us Process

 

Excluded from scope of the official redesign, the Contact Us page was in desperate need of a visual and functional refresh.

I was asked to take on the Contact Us page, which included designing assets for the various form states, creating prototypes to aid development, and working closely with developers to implement design.

To remove clutter from the existing Contact Us page (see below), the primary user was identified to be a typical Wendy’s customer. Instead of keeping the Contact Us page as a catch-all, all information specific to investors and franchisees were moved elsewhere on the site.
