The font used to script “Different” in a 2017 Wendy’s video advertisement inspired the font we chose to script “Fresh” on our opening screen. We took every opportunity to align to the current brand, looking to existing marketing material as a benchmark.

We featured the pink hair dryer used to poke fun at the OTHR-GUYZ (competitors who use frozen patties) to literally blow away the “OTHR-GUYZ” on our 2nd screen.

The starry night in another video advertisement inspired the night sky denoted on our final screen. This screen was designed to promote featured menu items interchangeably, prompting the user to ‘Start An Order’ or scroll past to the rest of the homepage if uninterested.

We traced photographs of Wendy’s ingredients to create simplified vector graphics, then printed these out to serve as guides to create paper-crafted ingredients. Once every necessary ingredient was complete, we arranged them on a dark blue backdrop and digitized them again through an in-house photoshoot and using Adobe Photoshop to edit.
