Since the food at Spice Season was a light-hearted fusion of different styles and cultures, my client asked me to illustrate whimsical drawings of food and animals to be used in a variety of applications.
The illustration style had to capture the essence of a very specific type of humor—quirky, without being too over-the-top.
The downside of working remotely on this project was not getting to see the final implementations in person, however, the client was kind enough to send me photos and everything seemed to work as planned.
